Data we expect to process
Account identity, profile settings, mission history, proof metadata, completion ratings, challenge participation, crew activity, and product analytics.
Proof visibility
Proof can be private, crew-visible, or public depending on product settings. Public proof should never expose another person without consent.
Sensitive health boundary
HTD is not an electronic health record. Fitness, soreness, and readiness signals are used to adapt missions and should not be treated as diagnosis.
User controls
Private beta must support privacy settings, data export, account deletion workflow, and moderation/reporting for public proof surfaces.
