Safety is part of the standard.
Hard Things Daily is built to reward durable pressure, clean proof, and recovery discipline. It is not a license for reckless intensity.
Medical boundary
HTD is training guidance, not medical advice. Users with medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, chest pain history, fainting, eating disorder history, or acute symptoms should consult a qualified clinician before participation.
Red-flag stop rule
Chest pain, dizziness, faintness, sharp pain, neurological symptoms, unusual shortness of breath, or unsafe environment ends the mission immediately.
Proof behavior
No proof capture that creates traffic, water, heat, cold, height, confrontation, privacy, or public-shaming risk. Unsafe proof is rejected.
Recovery credit
Recovery assignments are valid hard things. Elevated soreness or safety flags should downshift intensity instead of triggering punishment volume.
