Acceptable use
No unsafe proof behavior, harassment, public shaming, coercive challenges, impersonation, or attempts to manipulate leaderboards.
Beta status
Features, scoring, availability, and challenge rules may change during private beta as safety, moderation, and product quality improve.
Content ownership
Users retain ownership of submitted proof content while granting HTD permission to process it for product functionality, moderation, and selected sharing surfaces.
No medical promise
HTD does not guarantee health outcomes, injury prevention, competitive performance, or mental-health outcomes.
